• Submitted materials may be reviewed for project selection and to shape potential pieces.
• Public sharing requires your consent. We will not publicly post your names, photos, stories, songs, or finished pieces without approval.
• XENTH Group is not responsible for guaranteeing business results from consulting services. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Your content

You are responsible for the materials you provide and confirm you have the right to share them. You retain ownership of what you supply; we use it solely to review and, where applicable, create your commissioned work.

Services & engagements

Specific deliverables, timelines, and any fees for an engagement are confirmed directly with you before work begins. XENTH NOIR is not publicly priced at this time.

Limitation of liability

Services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, XENTH Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.
