Who we are

This website, xenthgroup.com, is operated by XENTH Group (“XENTH”). You can reach us at admin@xenthgroup.com.

What we collect, and why

The contact request form. If you submit the form on our contact page, the information you enter, such as your name, email address, company name, and message, together with any consent choices shown on the form, is sent to XENTH’s HubSpot customer relationship management (CRM) account. We use it to read and answer your request. Submitting the form does not by itself subscribe you to a newsletter or an automated marketing sequence.

Email. If you email us, we keep what you send in order to reply. We do not sell it. You can ask us to correct or delete it at any time. Please do not send passwords, private keys, recovery codes, banking details, medical records, legal documents, confidential client files, or other sensitive material to us through the form or by email.

Technical request data. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type when it delivers pages to you.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

This site does not currently run analytics, advertising, retargeting, or session-recording tools, and our own code does not set cookies. The contact form is delivered by HubSpot’s embedded form service, which may use cookies or similar technologies that the form needs in order to work. We have not inventoried those technologies independently and will update this policy if we turn on analytics or any other tracking, before we do so.

Fonts and other resources

The typefaces on this site are served from xenthgroup.com itself. Your browser does not request fonts from third parties. The only third-party resource this site loads is the HubSpot form on the contact page.

Who sees your information

• HubSpot stores and processes form submissions on our behalf.
• Vercel hosts the website.
• Our email provider carries email you send us.

We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email admin@xenthgroup.com.
